الملخص:This study was conducted in order to determine the job satisfaction level of government servant working at Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA), Kelantan, Malaysia. Fifty-Six questionnaires were distributed to all staff that was chosen using simple random sampling. Three variables, namely compensation, relationship among staff and physical working environment were identified to have an influence on the job satisfaction level. Findings indicated that all three variables, namely employees compensation, relationship among employees and physical work environment had a significant positive correlation with the job satisfaction level of the staff and further test showed that the correlation between the variables were moderately strong. The study also indicated that the majority of staff has a high job satisfaction level. © 2011 Nova Science Publishers, Inc. All rights reserved.
