There is no safety learning to teach hurricane in Malaysia yet. Due to that, Malaysians are still lack in preparedness for emergencies and natural disaster, especially in hurricane since only few games are available. In addition, the development and research of the instructional games based on natural disaster are still lacking. Hence, this study proposes the development of learning hurricane safety using game-based learning technique. The methodology uses Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC). A usability testing and functionality testing has conducted to test the usability and functionality of the game.
