Eight (8) significant changes of MNSC 20 which comply with international disaster management framework (HFA and APEC-EPWG) were identified. The urgency of this study will impact the relevant agencies involved in disaster management to support the MNSC 20 with proper strategic disaster management documentation. © 2016 International Information Institute.
