Description
Summary:Seaport terminal compels sharing its complexities with other industries. It is an integrated place where cargo moves from gate until load onto vessel and vice versa. It represents a systematic lean supply chain in a terminal. The study aims at measuring Malmquist Productivity Index (MPI) and analyse productivity change. The MPI denotes productivity level and window analysis of the results. The technical results depict the significant value productivity index for container terminal as well as window analysis. Thus, systematic decision making approach can be applied in running terminal operation. These operation activities contribute significant outcome towards terminal performance. © 2016 American Scientific Publishers. All rights reserved.
