Zinc-Aluminium-layered double hydroxide-2,4,5-Tricholorophenoxy butyric acid (ZAT) nanohybrid yielded mesoporous-type, phase pure, well-ordered material with the concentration at 0.4. M was the most symmetrical, intense and sharp peak. and organic loading around 54.5%. FT-IR study confirms the presence of TBA in the interlamellae of the ZAL, while the surface morphology and surface properties were also studied. Controlled-release experiment shows that the release of 3,4-D in the aqueous media is in the order of phosphate > sulfate > chloride. These studies demonstrate the successful intercalation of the TBA and its controlled release property in various aqueous media. © 2015 Elsevier Ltd. Elsevier Ltd 22147853 English Conference paper |
