It becomes crucial when it has been accepted all over the world and adopted as one of learning strategies, either in formal or informal way in lifelong learning. This study was conducted to identify the perception of learner in exploiting their mobile devices for learning process either formally or informally. In detail, the objective is to measure whether the learner believes in the security of mobile platform for learning, the reliability on mobile services used for learning and trust on the mobile device and privacy of the mobile technology. These independent variables were analyzed to determine the relationship with users’s loyalty and the results showed that only three independent variables which are reliability on mobile services used for learning, trust on the mobile device and privacy of the mobile technology that are proven to be influential in predicting user loyalty. © 2015 American Scientific Publishers.
