This research attempts to fill in the gap by providing Web-based Kansei Measurement System and test it across culture to see whether it produce similar results. A comparative study of Kansei by two cultural background subjects and two measurement mechanisms, which are web-based and paper based Kansei checklist have been conducted. The resulted Kansei structure shows encouraging evidence that Web-based Kansei Measurement System could be used as cross-cultural Kansei measurement mechanism. The findings could benefit researchers and designers in the effort to improve the process of Kansei measurement to get the desired results. © Springer Science+Business Media Singapore 2015.
