This paper explores the dimensions of web content quality in Malaysian government website. In addition, throughout the overwhelming growth of information usage on the online medium, it's become a question whether quality of information influence user to be loyal at the authoritative or organizational website. Web content quality widely measured as part of web site quality assessments. The four groups of identifying dimensions of web content quality based on information quality model are intrinsic information quality (IQ), contextual information quality (IQ), representational information quality (IQ) and accessibility information quality (IQ). Intrinsic IQ are included Reliability, accuracy, Objectivity and believability. The representational IQ measured in term of conciseness, completeness, consistency and understandability. A third group of IQ, which accessibility measured in detail in term accessibility, usability, efficiency and security while the last group of IQ, which is contextual assessed for currency, uniqueness, relevancy and scope/depth. The proposed framework is expected to have judgments and validations from the researchers to further conduct of the study. © 2014 IEEE.
