Description
Summary:We present optical analysis of aerosol from September-November 2012, include aerosol optical depth, Angstrom exponent numbers and related parameters of the fine modes derived from ground-based measurements of AERONET. This project is part of the collaboration with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Penang in Distributed Regional Gridded Observation Network (DRAGON) campaign which is an initiative to measure and study the regional aerosol. This research was located at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Penang and is expected to provide further insight on the characteristics of regional aerosol optical environment in terms of particle size distribution and optical depth. © 2014 Asian Network for Scientific Information.
