Effects of pressure dependence on nanocolumnar zinc oxide deposited by RF magnetron sputtering

Nanocolumnar zinc oxide (ZnO) was deposited on glass substrates by RF magnetron sputtering. It was performed with a ZnO target at RF power of 200 W.
