The stress characteristics of air-annealed and oxygen-annealed Al-doped ZnO nanorod arrays were investigated using Raman spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurement. The electrical properties of the samples were investigated using two-probe current-voltage (I-V) measurement system.
