This research examines the customer's perception towards information security in internet banking systems or I-system. A total of 330 respondents were selected from the simple random sampling. The results indicated that the confidentiality and privacy significantly influence the customer's perception towards information security. Meanwhile for integrity, availability and verification is not a predictor of customer's perception towards information security. The findings of this study create awareness to bank on the importance of customer's perception towards information security in I-system and how bank could improve upon their internet banking system. This study is perhaps one of the first to address all the variables in a single setting in relation to perceived information security by customer.
