Thus, in-depth interview has conducted to learn sojourners' emotion reaction toward multicultural setting of Malaysia. Notably, intercultural competency found essential to build mutual interpersonal relationship crossborder. Sufficient cultural knowledge assist sojourners' to eliminate psychological defect of emotion when encounter intercultural difficulties.
