Solutions of the classical SU(2) Yang-Mills theory in (2+1) dimensions with the Chern-Simons term: Ansatz building
A general way of writing the gauge potentials A μ α for which the SU(2) Yang-Mills equations of motion can be simplified and become solvable is shown. A number of exact solutions can be obtained from these simplified equations of motion. © 1990 American Institute of Physics.
