The underlying assumption made is that cultural values could influence the reasons and ways employees (collectively) in MNCs communicate using ICTs due to the shared norms, assumptions, beliefs, attitudes, perceptions, and actions amenable in an organization. The institutional lens will provide us with an understanding of the dynamic process and practices, initiating from the headquarters of a multinational corporations (MNCs) to its foreign subsidiary at the host country.
